Getting Started
Free Initial Consultation
Before your first training session we will need to meet up for a consultation. We will discuss your goals with you, any medical conditions or injuries we need to know about, past exercise history and current diet if necessary.
The consultation will give you the opportunity to get to know the personal trainer.
There is no obilgation to commit to any sessions if you decide personal training is not for you.
The Training
Your personal training sessions will be structured according to your current level of fitness and what you want to achieve. Your progress will be monitored on a regular basis and sessions adjusted accordingly.
For clients who need help with their diet, you will be asked to keep a food diary.
