Where can I  train?

Train at the gym (discounts for members of Alfreton and Ripley Leisure Centres) or in the comfort of your home or even at your local park.

 


What fitness equipment is used?

Here at Chris Melhuish Personal Training we wouldn't want you to get bored. We use of variety of fitness equipment. We use kettebells, TRX training, medicine balls, boxing and dumbells to name a few. Alternatively, minimal or no equipment is required, for example, when doing own body weight exercises.

The personal trainer will explain how to do the exercises correctly, what muscles are being used, progressions and variations.

 


How much does it cost to have my own personal trainer?

Personal Training is more affordable then you think. It's not just for the rich and famous. You will see the results when you have 1-2-1 personal training.
